ABOUT

I was born in Warsaw in the midwinter of 1980. Since I remember I was interested in sport
which absorbed most of my time. However, injury of the spine stopped my career. I started
thinking, what should I do with my life? I always liked to listen and help others, so I decided
to became a physiotherapist. During all my studies in Medical School of Professional No. 6 in
Warsaw, I was really interested in human anatomy and biomechanics and I fell in love with
the Man as BIOMACHINE.

In the meantime, I graduated from SWPS with a Master’s Degree in psychology.
However when I finished Medical School, and found my first job as a physiotherapist.
And then I understood it was exactly what I want to do in my life.
I worked at many institutions, acquiring experience and searching for the place to gain the
foothold.

I graduated from WUM and I was participating in many courses and workshops in
physiotherapy too improve my manual therapy skills. Now I am studying Osteopathy in
European Scholl of Osteopathy. I think that I will never stop improving my skills.
Apart from professional interests I am a husband of my best friend, partner and a beautiful
woman in one. I like to travel, and snowboarding. I love to meet and talk to people full of
passion and will of living. Maybe I am too firmly believe in people and justice but motto
which my Dad gave me: “always be better” I still have in my mind.

HVLA is a spinal and peripheral joints manipulation. In the basic component of this method is creation by therapist "barrier" in multidimensional placing the joint and making "thrust" to unblocked this joint. HVLA is very save because therapist use minimal lever and power. This techniques are very popular in osteopathy because impulse is precisely targeted "focusing" to the given structure.

Trigger Point Therapy is manual (local and general) direct techniques for muscles, fascia and connective tissues applied in order to eliminate pain in myofascial trigger points. Dry Needling includes the use of sterile disposable acupuncture needles (superficial and deep) to improve circulation and blood flow to the affected muscle trigger point areas. This helps to promote healing and reduce pain. Using the combination of these two techniques (Manual Trigger Point Therapy and Dry Needling) is highly effective in reducing myofascial pain.

Anatomy trains is a manual slide technique along muscle and fascia trails improving the correlations of particular muscles or parts of the human body. Anatomy trains are tracks, paths, lines consist of muscles, fascias or any soft tissues connected together and creating the integrated structure of the human body. Tensegrity is levering the tension of muscles and fascia around skeletal structure for maximum efficient at minimal effort.

Main principles of osteopathy are: 1) the human organism is a unity, 2) the body has mechanisms of the self-treatment and the self-regulation, 3) the structure and functions of the organism are connected with themselves, 4) the therapeutic process results from three first principles.
